De-program from stress, anxiety and tension. New Lisa Life offers multiple ways for you to get into balance. Connecting body-mind-spirit and releasing negative energy. In keeping with the atmosphere of 2021 many services are available online and in person connections adhere to covid safe practice. I am a native English speaking NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist and Timeline Therapist® Accredited by (ABNLP)(TLT®A)and (ABH). Registered Access Consciousness BARS Facilitator, MTVSS Body Process Practitioner and Energetic Facelift Practitioner, based in Sitges, Barcelona, I have intermediate Spanish language skills. I deliver a combination class called Zenergize using ancient chinese techniques of Qigong, Tai Chi, Kung Fu Breath-work and Meditation. The focus of all my work is to harness energy in positive ways. I facilitate de-programming from stress, anxiety and tension in order to harness a more peaceful body-mind-spirit connection and bring you into balance.
